About 2SisterDesigns Jewelry
All 2SisterDesigns jewelry is hand-made in our San Francisco studio and is available in sterling silver, gold-fill, gold, and mixed metals. All designs are made-to-order, which gives us extensive custom capabilities. Please let us know if you are interested in reasonable design alterations (changing chains, pendant sizes or shapes, etc.). We are glad to accommodate you where we can.
Wholesale
Opening orders are paid via credit card or COD. Terms are provided to accounts with the proper credentials after the first order. Refused CODs are charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling; such accounts will remain on a pre-payment system. Returned checks will be charged $20; such accounts will remain on a pre-payment system. Returned orders are charged a 15% restocking fee.
2SisterDesigns work is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipment. However, if a return or damage claim is required, it must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A return authorization number must accompany all returns; non-authorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping
Our official carrier is UPS and shipping/handling costs normally range from $7 to $15. We will also ship USPS, another carrier of your choice, or via expedited service upon request. Overseas shipping/handling fees are naturally higher and will be quoted in advance.
